Have you ever tried to please anyone to get their affection and approval? It is an attitude in the early stages of youthful life. Self-worth is very crucial to live up to your expectations. You need yourself more than anyone else in this world.
Self-approval initiates a dominant spirit and ignites the eagerness to thrive and the pride of belongingness. However, many people seek this approval from the outside world.
The only person who can greatly approve of you is yourself. There is twice on the inside than it is on the outside.
1) To Build self-esteem
You should not attach your self-worth based on the validation from your social circle. Life becomes meaningful and trustworthy when a thrill is initiated from within. There is no denying that everyone likes to be appreciated, applauded, and accepted to feel attached to society.
What people say should not define your expectations in life. Here is the certainty, when you fall back from society, you become a mystery and you turn to draw people closer to you. They will want to unveil the mystery and learn about your secrets.
2) Discover yourself
Love yourself each day and free your spirit from external affirmation. This is the beginning of self-discovery. All the hidden energies required to catapult you to the reality of your imagination are constantly being poked by the echoing voices of friends, family, and relatives. To fetch out this hidden energy you are made of, you must learn to love yourself
If you do not love and cherish your looks, and intelligence, then boldness and confidence will become distant friends to your soul.
“Imagine a garden within your soul where the flowers of self-appreciation bloom with vibrant colors. As you tend to this garden, you realize that the fragrance of self-love intoxicates your senses and brightens up your day. You wonder why you were so keen on making someone else’s garden your own when all you had to do was water your flowers and wait for them to fill your life. The richer your garden gets, the less you thirst for external praise or approval”

3) Get rid of mental brokenness
Every day of our lives we constantly occupy our hearts with a lot of people, ideas, and propositions that only seek to deprive our personality and shield the eyes from noticing the abundance of inner abilities.
Your heart belongs to you alone and everyone and everything else should tarry in the mind. It is easier to get rid of mental brokenness than the brokenness of the heart. Therefore, you must guard your heart diligently. Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.
4) Build real and healthy relationships
To become yourself you must learn to love yourself. Affirm your capabilities. This is the path to wholesomeness and completeness as you climb up the ladder of life. As you have loved yourself for who you are so does your relationship with people will become real and healthy. You will also learn to love them for who they are.
This is a guide to prepare your mind for any unforeseen circumstance like hate, contempt, and downgrade prospects of the society towards your life.
To avoid brokenness, worries, and loneliness, your way of life must be determined by curiosity which aims at attaining the full knowledge of yourself. You must lay aside the gestures of society towards self-approval.
“It’s a pilgrimage for self-sufficiency and it won’t happen overnight. We must learn to sway to the direction of our thoughts as it is the unfiltered desire that is born from within us. We must continue to water our garden with discipline and eagerness irrespective of whether we’re living our best life or not”.
